ABOUT ADAM
I’m Adam Ouellette. My work brings together decades of experience in law, entrepreneurship, professional performance, personal development, and the practical study of how people respond to pressure. Stress Less was created to help make those internal patterns easier to recognize, understand, and change.

WHY STRESS LESS
Understanding the pattern changes the starting point.
Many approaches focus only on reducing the immediate feeling of stress. That can help, but it does not always explain why the same reactions keep returning. Stress Less begins with awareness. It helps you examine what happens between a difficult circumstance and your response to it, so you can develop greater clarity, capacity, and choice. This is not about pretending that difficult circumstances do not exist. It is about becoming more intentional in how you meet them.
THREE PRINCIPLES
A clearer way to begin.
Recognize the pattern
Notice the thoughts, expectations, habits, and reactions that shape your experience of stress.
Understand the response
Explore what your reaction may be trying to accomplish and why familiar patterns can be difficult to interrupt.
Create more choice
Develop practical ways to respond with greater awareness instead of automatically repeating the same cycle.
THE WORK BEHIND THE APPROACH
A perspective shaped by real pressure and practical application.
My professional life has included work as an attorney, entrepreneur, educator, coach, and creator of performance and personal-development programs. Across those roles, I have remained interested in one central question: why can intelligent, capable people understand what they should do and still find themselves repeating the same reactions? Stress Less translates that question into a practical framework people can use in everyday life. The purpose is not to offer another quick fix. It is to help people see their patterns more clearly and identify a more useful place to begin.
The Stress Less Assessment gives you a simple starting point for recognizing how you currently experience and respond to stress.
