Assessment and inquiry submissions are used to provide requested results, evaluate and respond to requests, and support possible discussions with the person who submitted the information. We do not use those submissions for unrelated purposes.

4. Stress Less Assessment and Inquiry Submissions

Stress Less Assessment and inquiry submissions may include contact information, responses, professional or organizational information, and other information you elect to provide.

Access to these submissions is limited to authorized Adamo Group team members and service providers who reasonably need the information to provide results, operate the Sites, or evaluate and respond to the submission.

Lovable may host, store, or process information submitted through discover.stresslessplus.com. Framer may host, store, or process information submitted through StressLessPlus.com. These companies act as technology service providers and are not authorized by us to use your submissions for Adamo Group's unrelated marketing purposes.

We do not publicly disclose Assessment or inquiry submissions, sell them, or disclose them to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

No website or electronic-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Avoid including privileged, highly sensitive, or emergency information in a submission.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The Sites may use cookies and similar technologies to operate effectively, remember preferences, understand Site use, measure performance, and improve content.

We may use analytics services, including Google Analytics or analytics tools provided by our website-hosting platforms. These services may collect information such as:

  • IP address;

  • Device and browser information;

  • Approximate location;

  • Pages visited;

  • Referring websites;

  • Interactions with Site features; and

  • Visit dates and durations.

Analytics providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

You may be able to limit analytics collection by adjusting your browser settings, rejecting nonessential cookies when a consent tool is available, or using available analytics opt-out tools.

Most browsers allow you to delete or block cookies. Blocking certain cookies may affect Site functionality.

Because browser signals and legal standards continue to evolve, the Sites may not respond uniformly to every "Do Not Track" signal.

6. Email Communications

If you subscribe to a newsletter, request information, complete an Assessment, register for a program, or purchase a service, we may send communications connected with that request or relationship.

If you consent to marketing communications, we may also send educational, informational, or promotional emails.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails through the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting hello@highperformanceos.org.

We may still send nonpromotional communications reasonably necessary to provide Assessment results, respond to an inquiry, administer a registration or transaction, deliver a purchased service, or address an existing relationship.

7. Embedded Media and External Content

The Sites may contain embedded videos, audio, forms, or other content provided by third parties, including YouTube or Google.

When a page containing embedded content loads, or when you interact with that content, the third-party provider may receive information about your device and activity. This may include your IP address, page URL, device or browser information, cookie identifiers, and information about your interaction with the content.

Third parties process this information under their own terms and privacy policies. Where reasonably available, we may use privacy-enhanced embedding options, but those options do not necessarily prevent all information from being transmitted to the provider.

8. Payments and Program Platforms

Purchases may be processed through third-party payment processors, checkout providers, course platforms, community platforms, or other service providers.

We generally do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Payment providers may collect payment information, billing details, fraud-prevention information, and other transaction data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Program and community platforms may process your name, email address, login information, participation information, and content you submit through the platform as necessary to provide the service.

9. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose personal information to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the relationship involved, legal obligations, security considerations, and operational requirements. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

Information retained in backup systems may remain for a limited additional period before being deleted through routine backup processes.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

These measures may include limiting access to authorized personnel and using reputable hosting, payment, communication, and technology service providers.

However, no website, internet transmission, or electronic-storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of personal information.

12. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request that we:

  • Provide information about personal information we maintain about you;

Please include sufficient information for us to identify the relevant records and understand your request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

These rights are subject to applicable legal exceptions. For example, we may retain information necessary to comply with law, maintain security, complete a requested transaction, or establish or defend legal claims.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

13. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Sites may link to third-party websites, applications, and services.

We do not control third parties' privacy, security, content, or data-handling practices. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected directly by an independent third party.

Review the privacy policy of a third-party service before providing it with personal information.

14. Adults Only

The Sites, Assessment, programs, and services are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from anyone under 18 through the Sites.

If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact hello@highperformanceos.org. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and delete the information when appropriate.

15. United States Operations

Adamo Group operates from the United States, and information collected through the Sites may be processed and stored in the United States.

If you access a Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to a country whose privacy laws differ from those in your jurisdiction.

By submitting information, you understand that it may be processed in the United States, subject to applicable law.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, technology, or legal obligations.

When we update it, we will post the revised version and change the Effective Date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice when reasonably appropriate.

You should review this policy periodically.
